The company will conduct training and orientation according to the client’s regulations before assigning employees to work within 3-7 days.

If there are 50 or more employees, the company will assign at least one dedicated coordinator to facilitate smooth operations and maximize efficiency.

Payment for Outsourcing Services
Clients are required to pay service fees within 10 days after URT has made advance payments to employees or as per the agreed terms.

Clients are requested to provide employee benefits that comply with or exceed, the minimum legal requirements.

Employee Transfer Consideration
The company is willing to cooperate in transferring well-behaved and high-performing employees to the client’s organization at no additional cost.

Termination of Outsourcing Contract
A notice period of at least 30 days is required before terminating the outsourcing contract.
